Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately, preferably within 24 hours. Cancel only if it is an emergency or due to illness. It is difficult to reschedule you since most appointments are made 4 to 12 weeks in advance.
After-hours emergencies: 563-650-5755 True orthodontic emergencies are very rare, but when they do occur we are available to you. As a general rule, you should call the office when you experience severe pain or when you have a painful appliance problem that you can't take care of yourself.
